Hello, can anyone help me find the birth details of the following person, i am trying to obtain a birth certificate of Patrick O'Donoghue born in Macroom Co Cork on the 25/07/1899. On his army records, it lists his mother Katherine O'Donoghue as his next of kin.
Any help about websites i should use would be most helpful

He was Baptised on the 18th December 1897 the address was Coolnidane.
As you say Macroom
Born to John Donoghue and Catherine O'Connor
One of the sponsors is listed as Patrick Moynihane the other Honora O'Donoghue
priest was O'Connell

I cant find him in the census, did they move to England?
On his army papers, where did he enlist?

There's quite a difference between 25 July 1899 and 16 Dec.1897- often a record shows an incorrect year but the month is likely to be the same.
