William Eversden Esq.
« on: Friday 08 May 15 16:21 BST (UK) »
William Eversden Esq., Baptized Toft 14/1/1671...Land owner and a person who had quite a bit of influence in the area, lived Little Eversden. I believe from the records at Toft that he may have been married twice, both wives called Mary, also that he had at least eight children between 1701 and 1713.
He died and was buried within the church at Toft,January 1735.
I am looking for any details of his wife or wives, maiden names, dates of birth and marriage, I know that a Mary Eversden died Sept.1726...was this wife 1 or 2 ??, plus any clarification as to which of his wives was the mother to his children. The area around Cambridge at this time had many dissenters and this makes parish records rather harder to track down.
Any help please would be appreciated, I'm sure William left a trail of records somewhere,.
  Thanks.

William's parents were William and Sarah Bond who married 19/11/1663.
You will find quite a lot of info on FreeREG for Toft.

Regarding William Eversden (1671 - 1734, son of Wiliam Eversden and Sarah Bond), does anyone have information regarding his wife, or wives? I have a possible Mary and a Dorcas. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
