« on: Sunday 10 May 15 19:12 BST (UK) »
I recently discovered that my Bunch ancestors came from 3 places in Hampshire. They are Bramshott,Bentley and Binstead. I have a long list of who came from where including burials.Does anyone know if any cemeteries in these places have been photographed and MIs transcribed? Thanks for any help

Hi

There are a few for Binstead here:

They seem to be mainly for former Rectors.

Keep a lookout on FreeREG in the future as new Records are being added all the time.

Records for Bentley have about 10 Marriages for Bunch Family members 1604-1768.
No Baptisms/Burials yet.

Thanks for all your help. I have Thomas Bunch born about 1775.one of his children was Benjamin Born 1800-1857 but I can't workout who was Thomas' wife.I think his father was another Thomas. There are many records for Bunches from Hampshire but many of them are from Grately?whereas my Bunches were from Binstend,Bramshott and Binstead. Please can someone help me sort them out. Thanks

Benjamin Bunch bap 12 Feb 1800 Binsted , Thomas & Mary Bunch.
I cannot spot any siblings for Benjamin. Have you found any?

Baptisms for any Thomas Bunch:

Thomas 28 Oct 1760 Binsted John & Deborah
Thomas 28 Jul 1780 Binsted George & Mary

Thomas 6 Mar 1781 Yateley William & Elizabeth
Thomas 21 Apr 1805 Yateley Thomas & Mary Ann ( also at Yateley to this couple William 1807 , Mary Ann 1809, Sarah 1811 , Elizabeth 1812)
It is reasonable to infer that Thomas 1805 Yateley is the son of Thomas 1781 Yateley. There is a Yateley marriage for Thomas Bunch and Mary Ann Giles 6 Dec 1804 which fits with the births.

The only marriage which seems to fit for Benjamin's parents is Thomas Bunch and Mary Lambole 2 Aug 1789 Binsted. If this is correct, Thomas , father of Benjamin , cannot be Thomas 1780 Binsted and may well be Thomas born 1760 to John and Deborah , earlier than you thought. If Benjamin was an only child his could have been a late birth to an older couple.

You may have other information that rules this out of course.

Thank you for the records.Benjamin was born in 1800 and as far as I know his father was Thomas.Which Thomas I don't know, only that he would have been from the areas I mentioned before. I,also, don't think that Benjamin was an only child.I think he had several siblings. It would have been logical that he had a sibling Thomas and maybe a daughter Mary or Elizabeth as these are names used in the next generation.I don't know where the name Benjamin came from, maybe the father of a wife?

Hello everyone, my maiden name was Bunch.
My father was Peter Frank Bunch (1935 - 2001)
And his father was Frank Bunch (dates unknown)  He was married to Joyce Anne Crawford (1920 - 2001)
My father siblings were:
Violet Joyce Bunch (1940 - 2001)
David G Bunch (1937 - 1992)
Raymond C Bunch (1940's) Emigrated to America (?)
Derek E Bunch (1940's) Emigrated to America (?)
I believe originally from Brighton.

I can find no more information regarding Frank Bunch and I am hoping someone might be able to help?
Thank you x
