I use Firefox, and had no problems getting in?

If you can get in using one browser, but not with another it's likely to be a cookie or cache problem?

I have my Firefox setting so that it clears history when it closes.
Check your settings! Settings, Privacy.
And clear your cache? Settings, Advanced, Network - then click on both "Clear Now" buttons.

Census and IG were both unavailable since last night but both back now.
I guess they use the same server.
