I can't remember the date, but there was an Act of Parliament that essentially allowed the retrospective Registration of a birth, once the parents married.

Looks like that's what has happened in this case?
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
