Is it possible to restore this photo of my grandfather and his working horse? The light got into the original photo on the far left and otherwise the picture is quite dark.
The photo depicts my grandfather leading his horse when he worked for Wallasey Corporation Cleansing Department and the dust carts were horse drawn. I think it dates to the late 1920's or early 1930's.
