Eupham Graham

I am looking for more details on Eupham Graham who died on 8 February 1740 possibly at Ceres, or within the Burgh of St. Andrews.

I know that she was somehow related to Thomas Graham Bonar of Ceres as he was involved in legal proceedings made against her estate which were still on-going in 1822.  (University of St Andrew's Special Collections).

I am particularly interested in finding out who her parent's were and what she 'owned' which must have been considerable for an estate not to have been settled 82 years after she died!
