Gerry this is not Rochester Terrace but Roaches Terrace on the CD - image of the page and today known as Roche's Terrace. 
Are you looking at the directories on CD or transcriptions? 
Some of the websites such as Vital Records etc have errors.

Hi, Thanks to Cando I have amended my earlier post to read the address as Roaches Terrace and not Rochester Terrace.  This was a transcription error in the data bases that I was viewing, the actual street page in the two directories clearly show Roaches.
