John Law Findlay
« on: Saturday 16 May 15 16:48 BST (UK) »
I would be grateful if any one can provide any details of John Law Findlay's war service in WW1. He was born in 1877 in Cambusnethan near Wishaw in Scotland. There is a vague notion that he may have served with the Royal Scots or Scots Gaurds.

Thanks in advance. L

Unfortunately they have no one with that middle name,. The closest is a John L Findlay who was killed. His father was Alexander and received his effects.

Otherwise there are over 100 plain John Findlays. I cannot check Ancestry for his record at present.
