Wick - birth/marriage/death
« on: Monday 18 May 15 00:55 BST (UK) »
Hello.  Am trying to find marriage for parents of Edmund Pearce [born about 1735 possibly at Wick, St Brides, Glamorgan].  Believe parents may be Edmund Pearce and Catherine/Katherine but can’t find them on any lists.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks Maddison.

Thank you Victor for your prompt reply.   I think the burials for Edmond PERCE 1745, and for Catherine Perce, 1788 sound promising.  I would like to find his marriage to Catherine so I can connect them up to what I have. Possibly Edmond and Catherine were married about 1726/27 as I think they had a son Watkin Pearce in 1827.

Don't think the second Edmond Perce burial for 1767 fits in as I think Edmond & Catherine's son Edmond Pierce – may have been born about 1735, and married Jane John on 16 Dec 1759 at Wick.  Edmond & Jane then had a son Edmond born 1769 Wick who married Ann Frances in Jan 1794 at St Brides Major. Sorry if this seems a lot of unnecessary info but I am trying to connect up the dots!

Any suggestions, would be appreciated.  Thanks, Maddison.
