Yeah you can never really tell whats right.
 His wife that was named as Ann Daley on their marriage record had her age down as 19( making her born 1836) but on her headstone and death notice in 1913 she was Nora mcKenzie 82 years old ( which would make her born around 1831)

ive been told by the lovely people a Port Arthur that there a news paper the Kenneth is mentioned in was dated 28/2/1867 in the Tasmanian papers at the the Mitchell Library in Sydney  which is unfortunate for me because im in Tasmania
