George Tarbox
« on: Monday 18 May 15 17:19 BST (UK) »
I have come across what appears to be a register page of various trials that took place at the Midland Circuit Spring Assizes, held at Aylesbury, Bucks in 1877. One entry states that a GEORGE TARBOX was found not guilty of rape at his trial on 15th February 1877. I'm researching the Tarbox family history at the moment and want to find out whether this George Tarbox was part of it. Does anyone know whether a full report of the trial exists and, if so, how I could access it?
  Many thanks.

Thanks very much for this information, Smudwhisk. This eliminates the George Tarbox I'm interested in as he would have been 43 in 1876.
