Did he have siblings?...who were his parents?...

I am sorry to say that I don't have very much about Albert to go on but it does seem that this could be a child of his....What I need to establish is the name of Alberts Wells parents on his marriage certificate to confirm that it is the same man that  I am looking for, and I think that it is possible that Albert may have been born in NZ ...but he could also have been born in Australia...while I can't find an Australian birth certificate for him both I note that his siblings born on either side of him (as well as all the others) were born here in Australia.
He was the 3rd born of 6  children and the rest of them were all registered as born in Victoria, Australia except for him....so either his Australian birth went unregistered or he was born elsewhere.
His sister Fanny (Frances) definitely left Australia  to live in  NZ  circa 1909 though.

Thanks for this info however it does not appear to be the Albert Ernest Wells that I am looking for as his father's name was William Henry Harrison WELLS and not Mr E Wells that the marriage clipping states is the grooms father.
I appreciate the trouble taken to send me this information though.

Hi Kasden,

If the Albert Ernest WELLS born in 1875 and who married Sophia ROTHE in 1905 isn't your man it will be best to start from basic principles and work backwards.

If Sophia ROTHE is now discounted you don't need a copy of that 1905 marriage certificate.

Are you sure that the Albert Ernest WELLS who died in 1954 is your man, or is he the husband of Sophia?

Can I ask how you know the name of 'your' Albert Ernest WELLS's father?

Do you know anything of Albert's father, William Henry Harrison WELLS? (e.g. death place or date, occupation, who he married and where, emigration, birth)
