The Spalding Street Directory for 1914 states that a Miss Ayres was the householder at no. 67 and the house-name was Evansville.

But in 1915 a Frederick Barker was listed at this address.

So far I have been unable to find this address on the 1911 census. The enumerator seems to have covered Cherryhinton road including off-roads on his way.

My mother's maiden name was Ayres. Any further information about this Miss Ayres. 1911 would be very helpful.

There was no further info in the directory .. only 'Miss Ayres' .. no initials.

Previously I did find 1911 census for Evansville .. no Ayres there at that time.
