Inns of Salisbury by Roland Graham Gordon
« on: Friday 22 May 15 09:16 BST (UK) »
Looking for copy of this book but appears to be unavailable online.  Could some kind person with this book do a quick look up for me?  My ancestors were the publicans of the Rising Sun Inn on Castle Street.  James Blake had it until his death in 1803 and his wife, Alice, took it over then.  Was wondering who had it before James ? Really to see if it was a family member . Thanks

Have you seen this thread where The Rising Sun is mentioned?  Unfortunately the list of publicans is going forwards not backwards!
