« on: Friday 22 May 15 17:54 BST (UK) »
I am the grandson of Cornelius van Ooststroom 14-01 born in 1890 in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. He lived after 1945 in St Hellier where he was deceased on 28-02-1951. He was a tugboat captain in the harbor at st Helier. He lived in the second Gale Poonah Cottage Lane in St Helier Jersey He is there for the second time married to Violet Bell I know nothing further.
Who knows more about Violet and the wedding date.

Thanks in advance

Welcome to rootschat, pieter prins.

Google translate gives the meaning:

Who knows the wedding date of Cornelius of Oostroom and Violet Bell

Unfortunately it does not manage to give an approximate place/country or century.

Thank-you for changing your post to English and supplying the extra information about him living in St Heliers.

You might want to move your request to this board:

So you found that information from ancestry?

Registration card of Cornelie van Ooststroom of 2, Gales Cottages, Poonah Lane, St Helier, dutch immigration

This is from that site:

I have asked a moderator to move this to a Channel Islands board. ;D

Jersey is not a part of the United Kingdom, and therefore has it's own laws and archives.

But, there are some people on RootsChat who live on Jersey, and who visit the relevant offices.
I am sure someone there will provide the answer for you!

Violet Lillian Bell's Occupation Registration Card has her living at 2, Gale Cottages in 1941. Her maiden name was Sullivan and she is described as a widow so if Cornelius did not die until 1951 it would appear that they married after 1941.
As this cuts the time scale down quite a lot the marriage should not be difficult to find - I'll look next week.

In addition, her birth was apparently 25th July 1895.
