Cornwall Parish registers etc

Hello :)
I am about to update my Cornish family and wondered if anyone had an idea of the most useful Parish Reg's to acquire - before I start my searching.
My lot were based around Padstow----
I have some information dating back to 1629 John Hellyar.  But I need to now to find some written documentation of some sort.

Try the Cornwall OPC - they have transcriptions of many records here, however after a quick search, I don't think Padstow records on their site go past 1700, but they do have lots of Hellyars after that time including many John's.

The coverage page on Cornwall OPC says they have baptisms for Padstow parish from 1599-1914.


There's a baptism:
22nd January 1629
Menheniot

John Hellier, son of Emlin. Base child
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
