I haven't found a birth for Thomas yet ...

I would be looking at whether he was their child or not, maybe he was taken in.

This needs to be looked at i think

Think the above isnt the right birth for your Frank. Found a burial for the above one. Oh well it worth a look at.

Poster states her Frank was born Boonah Qld

On Frank Isaac Andress's plague it states wife's name as Eva

Then Ryerson index has this

Im wondering if Frank Isaac Alexander is infact Andress and married a third time using his birth name

Ancestry E/R has a Frank Isaac Andress in QLD in 1934 so maybe the above is wrong  He would have been using the Alexander surname then.

Gone and done my own head in now 

Ancestry also has the year of marriage for Frank and Eva and i dont have any further access.
