Marriage of James GREEN and Mary Fowler

Has anyone come across the marriage of James GREEN of Biggleswade and Mary FOWLER of Ashwell, sometime before the birth of their first known child Ann GREEN baptised 4th November, 1716 Biggleswade?

Can anyone suggest where this James GREEN may have come from?  There is a Thomas GREEN having a daughter Elizabeth baptised 23rd March 1698/99 and a James GREEN marrying an Elizabeth GENTLE 25th, June 1711, Mary daughter of James GREEN baptised 31st August 1712, Elizabeth daughter of James and Elizabeth GREEN baptised 1st January 1713/14 both Biggleswade.

Could this be the same James GREEN and two wives?  I can find no burial for Elizabeth GREEN wife of James in Biggleswade between January 1714 and November 1716.

Unfortunately the Biggleswade records only really start 1697 along with 1692-3, so if Biggleswade was where the family came from I am probably out of luck but it's worth a try.
