There was also another son born Gardiner St in 1878 Matthew Charles Rogers i can find no trace of him ,his birth does not seem to be registered unless as Male Rogers no death recorded or burial in Glasnevin and no obvious census return.

his sister Catherine Maria was born in Harcourt St ,1876

Thank you dathai. I hope with all this help to be able to find the Michael Rogers
who died in 1912 (Titanic).  One site says he was from the Aughrim St. address,
another site mentions a younger sister.  Trying to prove who he was & find
related families.   Cheers ABSOT

Is it this guy
According to this site
http://www.encyclopedia-titanica.org/titanic-passengers-and-crew/
Michael Rogers Age 27 Dept. Victualling Crew Joined Southampton Job. Saloon Stewert.

Might find his birth with an age to work with, if it the right guy.

Thank you Sinann,
Apologies for late reply.  Have health issues & computer problems.
Yes I've explored the Titanic info, but still haven't found satisfactory evidence
as to exactly which family he belonged to. As yet no one has come forward to
say they know about him.  Cheers ABSOT

Welcome campiom
Nice find.

There is a Michael Joseph 1885
http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details/7cdb960255008

And a Martha Rogers 1897
http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/details/e125480267242

With parents Michael Rogers and Mary Ann Delaney

Haven't found John but looks good.

But of course if I had re read the thread from the beginning I would have know these two and John had already been found. :D
