I am trying to find out the date of his marriage to Caroline? some time between 1832 and 1839.

Caroline b Shilton Berkshire 1811

Eldest child in 1851 was Ann aged 12 - no older children in 1841

Maybe a clue to Caroline's maiden name (or not).

In 1841 - a Thomas Castle aged 60 was living with them
