seafaring grave St Andrews
« on: Friday 05 June 15 13:35 BST (UK) »
On a visit to Guernsey, I found a very ornate grave (as attached) the other inscription’s are: Daniel Torode Died March 22 1848 aged 77 Daniel Torode died March 27 1881 aged 74 Mary Esther Falle?w??ow (falla?) of the above died April 8 Of Les Bourgs.
whereas the grave of Fredrick and Ann-Judith Zurhorst (shipping magnet relations of Sheila Hancock) is just a headstone.
Therefore, who was Daniel Torode?
Wheatley Sussex/Australia, Heasman - Tasker - Tester Sussex, Locock - Wilmington Sussex/Devon, Mankelow Kent
