That is my dads birthday. I didn't know the year . I was named after my grandmother and my sister after her grandfather....that is so amazing. I'm so shocked. Where are you? In Wales?

My Dad married Phyllis Marie Wright and together they had 3 daughters. Linda Marie Morris, Joanne Morris and Lisa Megan Morris.

Do you know where my dad is buried? Trying to find his gravesite is how I happened upon your post in here.

Hello!

I have just stumbled across this thread, I'm not sure if you'll both be able to see these as quite a bit of time has passed! I wanted to add a little information about Joe Morris - he was in fact my grandfather, my father's father.

All the information that I have read fits with the stories that I was told as a child in Swansea. In 1974, my parents and I flew to Toronto to meet Joe!

I would love to hear from you!

Hello SD...Very happy to hear from you. This would make us 1st cousins as we shared a grandfather. We know very little about Joe Morris. Just last week we received a lot of information about our father Gary and his time in the Canadian Army. I just called my sister and read her your note. My dad would have been your uncle. He has three daughters....How many children did Joe have in Wales?

We do. We are 3 girls. All grandchildren of Megan and Joe. We never got to meet them. Do you remember meeting Joe?
