It's on www.freebmd.org.uk in the Mar quarter 1930 in Huntingdon registration district vol 3b page 379 as Alfred J Tungate and Doris M Norris. If you have the transcript and it's not there perhaps they didn't marry in Upwood. I'd invest £9-25 and buy the marriage certificate
