Solomon's death was 'informed' by his brother George.

Do we know what happened to George?

On Solomon's death record it doesn't list the relationship of the informant.

George or James George's parents are Frederick Winter and Mary Durham according to
a marriage record in Norfolk, Ontario Nov. 30, 1915 to Bertha Lily Gurney.

This looks like James' baptism so not the brother of Solomon Winter born 1848 Kempsford
added - James' father Frederick maybe Solomon's brother

I have since discovered another Solomon Winter b 1848 England, who may well have traveled to Canada.

He appears to have arrived about 1870

I have not found him on any passenger list yet (he was probably single at the time of the arrival).

It may be the case that he married in CANADA -Julia 1874 Ontario, and possibly again to Emma before 1891


You mentioned Solomon may have married a Julia
