Its odd isn't it Dawn? Elizabeth writes a book, professes deep love for Anthony and then doesn't mention the marriage place..just the marriage took place ??? ???

Its worth bearing in mind that 1650 was the Commonwealth period and, from memory, there weren't any religious marriages, only civil ones conducted by a registrar.  Most parish registers do have large gaps in the marriage entries for that period, although there were a few parish clerks who entered the details of the civil marriages in the registers, including the registrar's name, but that was the exception rather than the norm.

As for the Wikipedia article citing her journal as the source of the marriage details, unless you've seen the journal and it definitely says this, its possibly an error by whoever wrote that article.  Not unusual with Wikipedia. :-X
