Ernest Thomas Hurrell Baptism search please

My grandad Ernest Thomas Hurrell was born 26/4/1913, Bardwell Road, Ixworth, Suffolk.  His mother was Matilda Hurrell and was single.  I do not have birth Certificate yet but was wondering he was baptised.  I believe he was raised by his grandparents Samuel and Eliza Hurrell.  Samuel and Eliza were living in Heath Road, Sapiston, Bury St. Edmunds in 1911.  Also is it possible to find where my grandad went to school.

Can't help you with the baptism, but the GRO Reference for the birth is as follows, and he was born out-of-wedlock.
1913 Bury St Edmunds 4a 1879 Jun Qtr.

Thank you Victor.  I should have made it clear that I new he was illegitimate and his date of birth. 
I wonder if he was born in the workhouse ?

You'll have to purchase a copy of the birth certificate as it's too late for the 1911 Census.
