Maesgwartha
« on: Saturday 20 June 15 23:28 BST (UK) »
Hi
Can anyone tell me where exaxtly Maesgwartha is.  I know it is in the Llanelly parish but where is it in relationship to the Clydach ironworks or Clydach village?  I cannot find it on any map just that it is "2 miles south of Crickhowell"
THanks

Not quite a direct answer but will hopefully help.

This holiday property describes itself as being in village of Maesgwartha near Gilwern which is a few miles from Crickhowell. It has a postcode which should help you find it on a modern map.

Thanks.  It seems that Clydach and Maesgwatha are a kilometre or so from each other.
So thank you for your help
Margaret :)
