Caroline Coleman 1940 death

Trying to locate a death record of my paternal grandmother Caroline Coleman nee Cardall. Tried all avenues but come up against a brick wall. Married Walter Coleman in 1925. There appears to be something about a death in Shrewsbury in 1940. My grandfather remarried in 1942. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

The 1940 death is for a Caroline Coleman aged 34; for more details you will need to buy a copy of the certificate from GRO (cost £9.25).
