Can this Photograph of lake house be cleaned up please?

I wonder if there is a kind person who could clean and tidy this photograph please?

There seems to be blotches or marks over the photograph that would be nice to have removed.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I cleaned this before I checked the resolution (I should practice what I preach  ), but it's come up okay.

For best restore and printing results, you really need to scan at 300dpi.

Greetings to you.  Yes it has been a while since you last saw me.  Just being on different projects is all but still pop into Roots Chat and have the occaisional look around.  Away back to the UK for my 2nd visit next August.
