Isn't it always just the one you want that is "undergoing" something!

I think this is because the ITMs are currently being digitised, similar to the probates and the shipping lists.

ITM digitisation has been in the pipeline since 2013-14 but this is the first I've heard that some of the volumes are out of circulation.

So maybe it's a good thing.... short term pain, long term gain :-)
