Here's the link to the entire page you posted (I've asked for a moderator to remove the image as it's far too large to read, etc.)-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Tyrone/Cookstown_Urban/Chapel_Street/858147

Notice that ALL the household are shown as born in Co. Londonderry (which fits with the records found so far).

Going back 10 years to the 1901 census the family are living in Bellaghy, Co.Londonderry (which fits with the information found so far)-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Londonderry/Bellaghy/Bellaghy/1541556

You still haven't given a proper source for the Cookstown, Co. Tyrone birthplace but if it was from a submitted family tree then it looks like it can be discounted.

Since the family seem to be Church of Ireland and lived in Bellaghy then the first place to look for church records would be (St. Tida's) Ballyscullion Parish Church in Bellaghy- number 7 on this map-

Unfortunately no pre-1870 baptisms and marriages survive (although marriages from 1845 onwards will still be available through GRONI's civil registration records).

The Church website is one of the few that actually seem to encourage family research-

Hello aghadowey,
Well I have been a busy bee, getting in touch with St Tilda's who could confirm that the MARGARET BLAIR born in Cookstown in1859 was a different Margaret who did marry a STEWART..a rRobert and not a JOHN!
I have been sorting out the "whereabouts" of the 6 siblings into fact and fiction and most of them went to the USA except ALEXANDER CRAWFORD BLAIR [buried Cooroy QLD 1955] and ROBERT BLAIR[buried Palmwoods QLD 1951] who ended up in Queensland via the USA!
I have also a few possibilties for MARGARET JANE maybe being married in Scotland and that their oldest son JOHN ALEXANDER [born in Scotland ?] was not her's.  ...M
