hi hope im not too late to write on this
through gathering information from the gro site there would appear to be more children born to stephen and emma spilsbury but the majority were under the name ensor
they are as follows
joseph ensor 1859 pg 202 vl 06d mom spilsbury
benjamin ensor 1862 pg122 vl06d mom spilsbury
stephen william ensor 1866 pg218 vl o6d mom spilsbury
it still puzzles us on the name change ive spoken to genologist and they say if you say both in a brummie accent they sound the same.
im not convinced sarah grandad in actual fact was named uriah spilsbury and lived in baddlesley ensor . is there anyway i could check their records wondering if they took the ensor name
