Richard William STRINGER - what became of him after WW1?

Hi sue either  Richard, George, Albert's father was Robert stringer and robert's Father was Richard stringer. Any information on either would be great have photographs of George and Robert.

 Robert STRINGER died in Victoria. He was a commission agent at Lauriston

A message for Frontline.  Wondering what info you have on the awarding of RW's MM?  My grandfather Clive Gillespie also won a MM for the same action, and their names were together on the commendation (a copy of which I have).  Grandfather kept a war diary, but by 1918 he was writing very little, and the action for which they received their MMs gets no special mention, nor does he mention anyone's name.

Hi Kewgee, my grandfather also kept diaries but the entries dropped off the longer the war went on. I will post a pic of what I have regarding the action resulting in the MM , not sure if this is what you already have.
