Thanks.
I found one relative but the marriage I was really hoping to find falls right in the middle of a 19-year gap in the records :(
It's still good for many hours of browsing, though.

They don't have all the Registers!

If you go to  http://www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/browse/#counties

then go to whatever County you need, the click on 'Catholic Records' it shows all the dates PLUS the dates which are at NLI,  with direct link to whichever Parish you want at NLI via the   Image Online    link
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.

I've only checked a few registers so far but the dates for the register and those in the register don't always match up. Also, be sure to check through the whole register- I found several pages of marriages listed in the back of a baptismal register which was a lovely bonus.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Despite the years for my baptisms being available, I've had no luck so far.  :(

You might have to extend your search?

Just found a baptism for someone who was 40 years old! :o ;D

I have just spent a fair while trawling through the available registers for "Langfield/Drumquin" Co. Tyrone, and also with these, the listed time frames are not exactly what shows in the registers.. so worth looking at them, even though your required years might be a bit different...  Unfortunately, I have found a few "McNabs", but have failed to find my mob... Bit disheartening - even making me think that I might be "barking up the wrong tree".. may have the wrong area (after much work !!!)  Oh well, at least there are some registers - better than none - and worth checking out, at length, even though it might be a "Hit and miss" affair!
