Where is Ineloid or wherever this is?
« on: Wednesday 08 July 15 16:24 BST (UK) »
I have looked for an answer to this query for years, so I'm dragging it out again, to try again.
Hopefully some wonderful person will know the answer? The children of this marriage were born at Melvaig and North Erradale. Duncan McKenzie, the groom, was a Weaver, and his wife the daughter of John McDonald.
Hopefully...............

Jan,  might this not be Laide or Inverlael? there must be a Gairloch Heritage Society to contact. It could be a Gaelic name for an existing placename or a place which no longer exists.

Skoosh.
