Parents Michael Ryan and Margaret Tynan born approx 1800-1810
Ballycahill and Holycross records (Mealiffe or Moyaliff)
Ellenora Ryan 1- 9 -1836  sp Timothy Tynan & Mary Ryan

Patrick Ryan 9 – 8 -1838   sp Patrick Dwyer & Margaret Ryan

Margaret Ryan 21-3-1840  sp Ml. Costelloe & Mary O’Dwyer

Judith Ryan 6 – 6 1842   sp Pat Ryan & Judy McGrath

Edmund Ryan 24 – 2 – 1847  sp John and Mary Tynan.

I am trying to track where these people may have gone, or if some remained in the area.  I think some may have gone to the USA, but my ancestor, Bridget Catherine Ryan (born too early for her records to be in baptisms)went to Australia.  Also a brother Thomas was in Australia, but died young.
Bridget married an O'Rourke in Australia then emigrated to New Zealand.

Can anyone help me find what became of the Ryan/Tynan's of Mealiffe, (Moyaliffe) and if there are any descendants still in this area?

Driscoll's of Castlehaven and Baltimore, Cork/London/USA.  O'Neill/Neale. Higgins of Westport, Aughaval,  Ireland. Atkinson of Lurgen, Portodown, Ryan and Tynan of Holycross, Tipperary.  O'Rourke of Clonmel. Hollingsworth of Southwark/St Bottolph's, East London.

Yes, I have been looking at them over time, but don't know how to connect Ryan (Mealiffe) to them.  I cannot see Margaret Tynan's birth so can't find which town land she was from.  Am I correct in thinking that if the Ryan's town land is Mealiffe, then a baptism in Ballycahill could be because Margaret Tynan's family came from that parish?  Wouldn't Mealiffe be an Upperchurch town land?
I don't know, but assume I have to nail down Michael first?
