Marriage -Abbeyleix
« on: Sunday 12 July 15 13:28 BST (UK) »
hi

I am trying to find the marriage of Jeremiah Byrne and Mary curran.  Jeremiah came from Abbeyleix.  Their first child was born in 1864 in Carlow and I have checked marriage records on Familysearch from all, over Ireland from 1850 to 1870 but can't find anything.   Can anyone suggest what I can do now ?

Any suggestions would be very helpful

Thanks

Diane

RC marriages prior to 1864 are not in the Irish statutory records and so may not be listed on familysearch. However the RC parish registers are on-line free and you might find it there.
