Seeking info re family of Anne Armstrong, believed born 1841 at Ninebanks, Northumberland, who married Matthew Clementson, son of William Clementson B1794 and Mary Martin B1797 Ninebanks.

Victorian Death record for Anne aged 85 at Piggoreet Victoria, indicates her father was a John Harrison and her mother was Mary Armstrong, which is a bit of a mystery in its own rite?

The emigration record of Matthew Clementson and Anne Armstrong indicates Anne came to Victoria with -

William Clementson Age 28 (Lab) - unconfirmed relation

Joseph Clementson Age 23 (Lab) brother of Matthew, B1840, son of William Clementson B1794 and Mary Martin B1797 Ninebanks
Joseph married Margaret Morris in 1874 in Victoria.

William Alfred Clementson Age 21 (Lab) - cousin, born 1842 Alston, son of William Clementson B1808 of Garrigill and Elizabeth Fawcett B1811 of Alston.

William Armstrong Age 23 (Lab) - possible brother or cousin of Ann Armstrong - unconfirmed.

James Armstrong Age 35 (Lab) - possible brother or cousin of Ann Armstrong - unconfirmed.

Any definite info or records regarding any of Anne Armstrong's relations mentioned above would be greatly appreciated, especially any relevant records of the family at Piggoreet / Devils Kitchen in Victoria.

I think you need the 1860 Marriage Cert personally.

Ann may have been born before her Parents Marriage and that might explain her Parents names on the Death Cert.
Or they never married.

Only Ann I can find born Allendale in 1851 Census

Looking at the Bishop's Transcripts on family search Anne does not appear to have been baptised in
Allendale parish church between 1841  and 1843.  The records for 1839 and 1840 are missing.

Really appreciate your time and expertise, as I only have limited access to certain UK records from here in Australia. From your great input, it seems Anne Armstrong both lived, and emigrated to Victoria with some of her cousins.

Hi, I'm new to all this and I'm not sure if you'd be interested.
I have been compiling a few aerial drone videos about the abandoned places in Weardale. I recently visited some abandoned cottages at Wolf Cleugh near Rookhope in Weardale, Co Durham and after a bit of research I found it was once the home of the Clementson family.
