You're welcome - I thought it was really interesting, and was sure some others would be interested as well!

Let's add, Jaffas - 5 a penny!   Half a Crown, two and 6 -  A shilling to take to the "Barn" - our local picture theatre!  Ninepence to get in and a thrippeny bit for an ice cream. (But I got to keep my thrippeny bit for something else 'cos my Auntie worked in the Nibble Nook  ;D
