If they were married in a Presbyterian church they will not appear in the parish records.  I have looked at Genuki and there is no mention of a St. James Presbyterian church in the available records for Alnwick.  Perhaps it was in an adjacent parish.

If the records are available and I know the location I can certainly do a look up for you.  In the meantime here's a link to Irregular marriages which is worth reading. Coldstream and Lamberton Toll were frequently used by non-conformists in the north of England.
