Third Inter-Allied War Commission

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me find information on the Third Inter-Allied War Commission in Germany. My Grandmother worked for them and I would like to know more about the commission and hopefully find out more about when she was there/ where she was/ what she did etc.

I know she worked in Germany in 1946 and 1947 but I don't know if she was out there earlier or later.

I seem to recall (unfortunately with little certainty) that she said she was in Berlin at some point. I also have a little reason to believe she may have been in Minden but again no proof. I want to find out if either of these locations are possibilities.
