Struggling to find the civil birth record for Michael, I can see a church marriage for Daniel O'Dea to Mary Sharkey in 1886 in Birr, for which this is likely the civil record:

https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FY4Q-KYQ
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FY47-C2F

I can see baptisms for daughter Anne in 1889 and William in 1895 (both Birr), but nothing so far in respect of Michael...

Edited to add: Would Michael have had any other first names that he might have been registered under?  There are a few O'Deas (a.k.a. Dea / Day) registered around 1891 in the Birr (Parsonstown) district.
