Essex Assizes records held at TNA Kew

I can find the reference number at TNA for the records I'd like to see, but I don't know how much detail I might find. I really need to know the birth date of Ishmael Cutter who received the death penalty for housebreaking at the Lent Assizes 1815. There is a newspaper report covering the event, but this dosent say whether or not if the death penalty was carried out, I believe that criminals were buried within the prison grounds (Chelmesford?) do any records exist for this?
