Looking for my aunt Jessie nee Campbell married name. She lived at tighcagarman with her  husband. I have old photos of the house. they lived there till she died in the 1960s and my father inherited the house.

When was Jessie born, ozzie mel. Maybe finding her death in the 1960s would be easiest. Death index would show her married and maiden name. Jessie of course could also be Janet on registrations for example.

OK, found her now, Mel

Jessie Campbell died in 1964, aged 69. A widow of HUGH McDougall. Nephew John Campbell reported her death. She died of heart related issues. You should be able to find her marriage cert on SP. ...Possible marriage in 1922 in the Glasgow area? You can confirm this online via SP, the image of the registration is available to view online for that year on the site.

I am not good on this bit of things for this period...but if your father inherited her property there, have you thought of following up on wills etc?
