Reopening of Herefordshire Archives

After a couple of years out of action, Herefordshire Archives will be opening on August 4th.

Is there anyone that uses the Herefordshire Archives that might be able to give me a hand with some information - more of what is available that cant be found on line thanks
My fathers family started as William Wallis in Chesthunt Hertsfordshire UK became Wallace in Canada.   Beech - Birmingham - Middlemore children (James and Joesph) arrived in Canada in 1880. 
Mothers side William Strang - East Kilbride Scotland  O'Neil - Dingle Eire

I have only been the once, but they are incredibly helpful - if you can, I heartily recommend you phone them.  Failing that, if you don't get someone more knowledgeable joining this thread, I can pop along to the archives to find out for you, but that wont be until May half term.

Can I just check, as your interest seems to be Wallace in Hertfordshire, are you looking for information in Hertfordshire or Herefordshire, two different English counties.
