So I was sort of right, not the same building, but same area as 199.   There are two more with that same sort of construction, which I thought might be this same building but now I'm not so sure.  I'll post them next and see what you think.

It's not the same view but judging by the growth of the ivy, my photo looks to be earlier, would you agree?

The tree has more growth so not sure. Or was Friths pruned?

The Colchester page has 3 photos. 2 saying 1891 with LESS ivy but similar tree growth, and 1 in 1892 that has similar ivy growth as the above pic. So some photopruning going on methinks
