Missing - Well I can't find her! - Florence WELCH

From "Family Search" I have the following for 1911:-

Name:    Florence Welch
Event Type:    Census
Event Date:    1911
County:    Devonshire
Parish:    Plymouth
Sub-District:    Plymouth South East
Registration District:    Plymouth
Gender:    Female
Age:    18
Birthplace:    Homeknowle, Devonshire
Record Type:    Institution

I have failed miserably to find her on "Ancestry"  :(.
Can anybody give me some pointers/reference?

I'll put that down to me not looking hard enough and Ancestry's lousy transcription for 1911. ::)

I also found her sister Amy in the same Orphanage transcribed as Wells!
