Can you post the section of the certificate showing the address?

On 21 March 1873 they were still at 398 Gallowgate

They're at Robert Street in Govan in 1881.

Possibly coincidence but Robert Street is literally just around the corner from Greenhaugh Street (it connected Robert Street to Govan Road)

PS Robert Street is NOT the one shown on a modern map of that name

Have you checked the 1875 Valuation Rolls to see where the family were living?
