Elsie Baldwin 24 May 1901 passed away 16 June 1992 Vernon British Columbia.
The informant is listed as daughter. Okanagan Crematorium Penticton BC.
With the help of http://www.canada411.ca/ and the information on the death certificate you should be able to contact the daughter.

There was a death of an infant - Ronald Bruce Baldwin born 11 November 1953 and passed away 14 May 1956 Kamloops British Columbia. The informant, the father was Ronald Hiram Baldwin (now deceased) Burial of the infant was Hillside Cemetery. Kamloops BC
The death cert also shows the maiden name of the mother of Ronald Bruce Baldwin.

https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FLRN-RC8

I suspect this Ronald Hiram Baldwin was the son of Alfred Baldwin and Elsie Horsnell Baldwin.
Hiram Luther Baldwin was the name of the father of Arthur Ronald Baldwin.

IF this is the right connection - The Clearwater times shows an obituary for Ronald Hiram Baldwin who passed away September 23, 2011, at the age of 79 years. The details given in the obituary should direct you to his wife and children - http://www.canada411.ca/ and google.
